March 5-6
We had a very busy weekend. We went to the First Company Governor's Foot Guard Association and CT River Working Group Association shows. 2 shows each day. March 5- CT River Working Group Siberian Sweeps- Aguya goes Best of Opposite. First Company- Belle takes a select major with champions defeated towards her grand championship Thank you to judge, James Taylor March 6- CT River Working Group- Belle takes another select major with champions defeated. February 19- After taking a few weeks of (and avoiding some travel in NE winter weather) We went to The CT Valley Siberian Husky Club's specialty. No love in show # 1. for our girls. Show #2 Belle took an Award of Merit. Thank you to judge, Jeffrey Langevin for seeing the potential in our girl. Our little girl, Aguya, well, we were told by a couple of people she was a bit on the plump side- whoops lol

We went to our club's cluster weekend with Eastern Dog club and accomplished big things!! 12/9 Belle and Captain both go Winners for 1 point each. Captain's first! Aguya 4-6 Working Group 1 12/10 Belle and Captain Reserve Winners. Aguya another working Group 1! 12/11 No love for Captain but Belle goes Winners Bitch for a 3 point major to finish her championship with 3 majors ! Aguya takes yet another 4-6 Working Group 1. 12/12 Belle goes select Bitch for 3 points towards her grand championship. Jim had to take Captain in hoping for a best of winners as he was the only class male enter and he does! For a 3 point major and Best Owner Handler in Breed! And the Aguya finally gets the ever elusive 4-6 Best in show!! November 12-14
We took Bullet and Belle to The Framingham Kennel Club shows that were supported entry by Yankee Siberian Husky Club. Belle placed second in the BBE class Saturday out of 4, no love on Sunday. Bullet went reserve to a 4 point major on Saturday and then went Winners Dog/ Best of Winners and Best Owner Handler in Breed over specials to finish with a 4 point major! Aguya at exactly 4 months wins 4-6 month Working Group 1! And a Group 2 with breeder/ co-owner Liane Winslow on day 2. November 27 Went to one day of the Thanksgiving cluster in West Springfield, Ma. Captain made his show debut and went reserve winners dog Belle went winners bitch picking up her second major! Only needing 3 singles to finish Aguya takes another 4-6 month puppy Working Group 2 October 9
Harmony goes Winners Bitch for her final point for her AKC championship!! Bullet goes Reserve Winners October 10 Harmony goes Best of Opposite Sex for her first grand champion point Bullet goes Winners Dog/Best of Winners for one more point October 16 - 17 Malibu runs in 4 Fast Cat trials and finished her BCAT in just 2 weekends of trials. October 27 Bullet picks up another point for his championship 9/5- 9/6
UKC shows in Westfield Mass. Bullet got his first leg on his Weight pulling title. Porsche starts on her weight pull championship with 10 points. No love for Belle in the groups BUT first time out Miss Misty, Snow White's Mystical Phantom goes Best Novice Puppy in Show! 9/11 AKC show in Nashua, NH- Belle goes Best of Breed for another point- No love in the groups 9/12 We took 11 dogs to the Champlain Valley Kennel Club health clinic- all 11 passed with normal eyes!! 9/18-9/19 UKC Show in Eliot, Maine Bullet finishes his UKC Championship with two Best Males win Belle gives us one of the best anniversary presents a dog person could get - Reserve Best of Show under a Breeder judge no less ( Deb Florek) 8/7 Pioneer Valley Kennel Club Bullet- winners dog- 1 point Belle- Winners bitch/ Best of Winners (2 points), OH Best of Breed, OH Group 4 8/8 Pioneer Valley Kennel Club Bullet-winners dog- Best of Winners- 2 points Belle- winners bitch- 2 points 8/14 Showcase For Dogs Porsche finishes her BCAT and Malibu starts! Westfield, Mass Silver City Kennel Club Belle wins Group 1 at both the Am and PM shows over a pretty large American Eskimo entry as well as other northern breeds 8/15 Showcase For Dogs Porsche and Malibu get two more runs in Westfield, Mass Silver City Kennel Club Show 1 Belle wins breed over another bitch to finish her championship! Show 2 Belle wins Group 1 again! Forgot to move her up otherwise she could have started towards her Grand Championship. July 15-18 We took Bullet, Harmony, and Belle to shows in Tunbridge Vermont. Belle came just in case there were not many entries. Belle was a hidden gem!
7/15 Bullet winners dog- 3 point major, OH Best of Breed 7/16 Belle reserve winner bitch to 4 point major 7/17 Belle reserve winners again to another 4 point major 7/18 Bullet winner dog for 2 points then Belle goes winners bitch ( 4 points) Best of winners OH Best of Breed then goes OH group 1!!! July 24-25 UKC Shows in Augusta, Maine Sat Show 1- Bullet Best male, Belle- best female, Best of Winners, Best of Breed- Group 1 Sat Show 2- Belle- Best female, Best of Winners, Best of Breed- Group 1 Sunday- Bullet Best male, Best of Winners, Best of Breed- Group 1 Belle Best female 6/6/21 Another Fast Cat at Showcase for Dogs- Draco finished is BCAT!! Porsche should get hers at the next runs later in the summer
5/9/21 Took Draco and Porsche to their first Fast Cat of the year at Showcase for Dogs in Windsor, CT. Both did very well, Draco is almost finished one more run to get his BCAT.
5/30/21 Drove to Showcase for Dogs in pouring rain only to find out they canceled the trial the day before, wasted time almost 4 hour trip one way :( |
